To install one mod, create the folder "addons" in your game's installation folder ("C:\GOG Games\Cities in Motion\addons") and put the mod inside. There is a german mod page where there seems to be a lot of things too ! On the russian mod page, there are a lot of maps too :) (and vehicles).
